Ticket & Attendee Policy

Ticket Purchase & Entry

All tickets purchased for events hosted at Shifteye Studios are subject to the following conditions:

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event organiser explicitly states otherwise.

• Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain.

• Valid proof of purchase and identification may be required for entry.

• Shifteye Studios reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual who fails to comply with event or venue policies.

Entry times and conditions are determined by the event organiser and may vary by event.

Event Changes & Cancellations

Events may be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled:

• Ticket holders will be notified via the contact details provided at purchase.

• Refunds or transfers will be managed in accordance with the event organiser’s stated policy.

• Shifteye Studios is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other incidental expenses incurred by attendees.

Attendee Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards other guests, performers, staff, and the venue.

Shifteye Studios reserves the right to remove any individual whose behaviour is:

• Aggressive or abusive

• Discriminatory or harassing

• Intoxicated to an unsafe degree

• Damaging to property

No refunds will be issued to individuals removed for misconduct.
