Shifteye Studios was founded as an extension of Shifteye’s broader creative ecosystem, including photography, videography, production, and cultural curation.
What began as an art gallery and working studio evolved into a flexible venue for ideas, conversations, exhibitions, live performances, brand activations, workshops, and meaningful gatherings.
The intention was simple:
Create a professional environment without losing creative authenticity.
Located at The Priory Place in Hurlingham, Nairobi, Shifteye Studios serves as both a production space and a cultural platform, adaptable, grounded, and thoughtfully managed.
The space exists to bridge art and commerce, offering a professional environment while maintaining creative authenticity.
Led by Zachary Saitoti, a Creative Director and Photographer with over 20 years of experience across Nairobi and the UK, Shifteye Studios continues to host diverse voices and forward-thinking events.

Zachary Saitoti is a Creative Director, Photographer, and Event Curator with over 20 years of experience working across Nairobi and the UK.
As the founder of Shifteye, his work spans photography, visual storytelling, music creation and curation, and curated cultural experiences. His vision for Shifteye Studios was born from a desire to create a space that supports both commercial professionalism and creative freedom.
He remains actively involved in shaping the studio's direction, from production standards to cultural programming.

Linda oversees studio administration, bookings coordination, client communication, and marketing support.
She plays a key role in ensuring smooth operational flow from hire enquiries and documentation to visibility and brand presence.
Her structured, detail-oriented approach supports both internal operations and client-facing experiences.
