Agreement

All bookings and ticket purchases constitute acceptance of these policies.

Specific terms relating to venue hire are governed by the signed Venue Hire Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Shifteye Studios shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss

• Business interruption

• Loss of profits

• Third-party contractor failures

Liability is limited to the amount paid for venue hire or ticket purchase.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi.
