Cancellation & Refund Policy

Ticket Policy

All tickets purchased through our online ticketing service are non-refundable but transferable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded but can be transferred to another person who wishes to attend the event.

To transfer a ticket, the original ticket holder must contact the Event Organizer directly. The Event Organizer should be notified of the transfer by providing the names and email addresses of the person(s) to whom the ticket(s) will be transferred.

Transfer of Tickets

The transfer of tickets is subject to the approval and discretion of the Event Organizer. The Event Organizer reserves the right to deny or restrict ticket transfers in certain circumstances.

The original ticket holder and recipient of the transferred ticket(s) are responsible for communicating and coordinating the transfer process. The Event Organizer will not facilitate or mediate the transfer of tickets between parties.

Ticket Security

Guests are strongly advised to keep their tickets safe and secure. Shifteye Studios does not accept liability for stolen, lost, or copied tickets.

Guests should take necessary precautions to protect their tickets, including not sharing them with unauthorized individuals or making duplicates. Only the original, valid ticket will be accepted for admission to the event.

Event Cancellation

In the event of an event cancellation by the Event Organizer, The Shifteye Studios, or any other unforeseen circumstances, the Event Organizer will communicate the cancellation and provide instructions regarding refunds or alternative arrangements, if applicable.

The Shifteye Studios will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by guests related to the cancellation of an event, including but not limited to travel or accommodation expenses.

Changes to Event Details

The Event Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event details, including but not limited to date, time, venue, or program. In such cases, the Event Organizer will communicate the changes to ticket holders and provide instructions on how to proceed.
