About the event
is a Premium Slow Fashion brand, founded in 2014 by Kenyan born Fashion Designer SHEENA KAREGI. Sheena has been living, working and studying in Spain for the past 5 years, where she attained her bachelor of arts and master of arts degrees in the fashion field. KALI By Karegi
Since living abroad, the designer has grown a much deeper connection with her culture and heritage and sees the great
importance of coming back home and bringing her expertise and experience back to her country: Kenya.
Although the designer has had some fashion shows and events in Spain NOMAD is the first fashion show/presentation she
is organising in her home town. The show symbolises her return back to her country and back to her roots.
